The dB Technologies LVX 15W 2-way active loudspeakers series is the answer to all the fixed installation requirements for your live music venue. These sound reinforcement systems are lightweight, stylish, portable, powerful and meet the highest professional standards. Coming from the experience gained in designing touring products as the renowned DVX series, the LVX series offers smart solutions with a special attention to the needs of fixed and portable installations. The voicing of these speakers is very linear and designed for any audio content such as speech, background or live music, and more while respecting their characteristics and dynamic response with a high level of performance. If you need to use the speaker horizontally, the dispersion of the constant directivity horn is symmetric and rotatable. This is particularly valued when it's used as a stage monitor propped up with its 45° rear angle.
The LVX 12 uses DIGIPRO series digital amplifiers with 800W PRG. This highly efficient amplifier provides high power, limited weight and is totally silent due to the low thermal dissipation and no cooling fans required. The digital preamp with DSP controls audio crossover, frequency response, dual active peak-RMS- thermal limiter and acoustic alignment. A selector enables to select one of two different equalizations - “FLAT” or “PROCESSED” - to provide the right sound in any occasion. The enclosure is made of robust 12mm plywood and boasts a top handle and two side handles for easy transport. It can be mounted on a tripod or pole thanks to its D36mm pole mount cup.
