Description
The DiGiCo X-D2-AN-C is a high-performance 9U digital stage rack featuring 48 analogue microphone inputs, 16 analogue line outputs, and RJ45 MADI connectivity. Designed for DiGiCo S-Series and SD-Series systems, it provides flexible stage I/O for professional live sound, touring, broadcast, and installation applications.
High-Capacity Analogue I/O
The X-D2-AN-C provides 48 analogue microphone inputs and 16 XLR line outputs as standard. Two additional output expansion slots allow the rack to be expanded by up to 16 outputs, supporting compatible line output, AES output, or Aviom modules for greater system flexibility.
RJ45 MADI Connectivity
This version uses MADI over RJ45, with dual MADI Main and Auxiliary connections. At 48 kHz, the connections can be used for rack sharing between compatible DiGiCo consoles or digital splits for recording. Both MADI ports can be combined for 96 kHz operation without reducing the available I/O.
High-Resolution Audio
The D2-Rack supports sample rates from 44.1 kHz through 192 kHz, including 48, 88.2, 96, and 176.4 kHz. It provides a 113 dB dynamic range, 127 dB analogue EIN, and a maximum input and output level of +22 dBu for professional audio performance.
Reliable Professional Operation
Dual redundant internal power supplies provide additional reliability for critical productions. Gain Tracking™, an internal oscillator, an LCD menu screen, and locked controls provide practical tools for system configuration and monitoring. The rack can also operate as a standalone unit.
Compact Rackmount Design
The X-D2-AN-C occupies 9U of rack space while providing a high channel count in a relatively compact chassis. Its official dimensions are 482.6 mm wide, 248 mm deep, and 399.2 mm high, with a weight of 13 kg.
