The Electro-Voice ZLX-15-G2 is a professional 15-inch passive loudspeaker designed for rental companies, mobile DJs, live performers, stage monitoring, and fixed installations. Featuring a custom-engineered 15-inch woofer and 1.4-inch titanium compression driver, the speaker handles up to 1000W peak power while delivering clear, powerful sound with a wide 53 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range and a maximum SPL of 126 dB.
The rear panel is equipped with dual speakON NL4 input/thru connectors for reliable system integration, while the EV-patented Signal Synchronized Transducers (SST) waveguide provides consistent 90° × 60° coverage, reduced distortion, and improved acoustic performance. The speaker is recommended for use with Dynacord DSP amplifiers and SONICUE integration for optimized system tuning.
Built with a durable polypropylene enclosure and powder-coated 18-gauge steel grille, the ZLX-15-G2 is engineered for demanding daily use while remaining lightweight and portable. Its integrated 35 mm pole socket allows mounting on speaker stands or subwoofer poles, and the cabinet can also be positioned as a floor monitor, making it ideal for portable and installed sound reinforcement applications.
