Its high-output 12-inch woofer and 1.4-inch titanium compression driver deliver clear vocals, detailed highs, and punchy low frequencies. Electro-Voice's patented Signal Synchronized Transducers (SST) waveguide technology ensures smooth frequency response, reduced distortion, and uniform 90° horizontal by 60° vertical coverage. The carefully tuned crossover at 2 kHz allows seamless integration between the woofer and high-frequency driver for balanced, natural sound. A built-in high-pass filter further improves system performance, especially when paired with subwoofers.
Designed for years of dependable use, the enclosure is molded from durable polypropylene and protected by a powder-coated 18-gauge steel grille. An integrated side handle allows comfortable transport, while the 35 mm pole socket supports standard speaker stands and subwoofer poles.
