The JBL Control 426LP 2-Pack delivers powerful two-way coaxial ceiling audio in a low-profile design intended for installations where ceiling plenum space is restricted. Each loudspeaker combines a 165 mm (6.5-inch) woofer with a 25 mm (1-inch) soft-dome tweeter, providing a 95 Hz–19 kHz frequency range. CRBI technology delivers consistent 110° conical coverage and helps reduce on-axis hot spots and off-axis cold spots for a smoother listening experience throughout commercial spaces.
Flexible 70V/100V & 12Ω Operation
Each Control 426LP supports both 70V/100V distributed audio and direct 12Ω low-impedance operation. The built-in transformer provides 70V taps of 60W, 30W, 15W, and 7.5W, while 100V operation supports 60W, 30W, and 15W. Each speaker handles 110W continuous pink-noise power for 2 hours and up to 440W peak, making the pair suitable for background music, paging, retail, hospitality, and other professional installed sound applications.
Space-Saving Installation & Modern Design
The low-profile integrated enclosure measures less than 100 mm deep, making the Control 426LP well suited to restricted ceiling spaces. Redesigned terminal covers provide convenient top and side cable entry with captive hand-screws, while the robust captive dogear mounting system accommodates a wide range of ceiling thicknesses. Full-face magnetic grilles provide a clean, paintable appearance, with optional black and square grille options available. The 2-pack includes two loudspeakers with grilles, C-rings, and tile rails.
