Description
The RF Venue Spectrum Data Recorder is a compact standalone solution designed to monitor and optimize wireless microphone and in-ear monitoring systems. It continuously captures RF spectrum activity across the 400–700 MHz UHF band and automatically records time-stamped scan data in CSV format. The recorded data can be accessed through a USB drive or remotely over a local network connection, providing an efficient way to analyze wireless environments.
Designed for flexible deployment, the Spectrum Recorder can connect directly to a wireless microphone antenna system or use the included whip antenna for site surveys. Its Power over Ethernet (PoE) capability allows easy installation across multiple rooms, buildings, or studios, while USB-C power support enables operation with portable battery banks for remote locations. Its compact and lightweight design makes it ideal for both fixed installations and field use.
The Spectrum Recorder provides advanced monitoring features, including 24-hour spectrum capture, automatic Max Hold and Average scan calculations, and Active Scan analysis to help identify interference sources and protect wireless systems. Recorded data can be imported into RF Venue Wireless System Builder, Shure Wireless Workbench, and Audio-Technica Wireless Manager for frequency coordination and system planning without requiring software installation or subscription services
