Free Gift Card Offer Terms

When a Hollywood DJ promotion includes a free gift card with your purchase, these terms apply. The current spend tiers are shown in the banner at the top of the site and in your cart.

How does the free gift card work?

• Reach a qualifying spend and the free gift card is added to your cart automatically. You get one gift card per order, at the highest tier your order reaches.
• The qualifying amount is your cart subtotal before tax and shipping. Gift card purchases don't count toward it.
• Your gift card activates when your order ships.
• It doesn't expire. Use it on anything at HollywoodDJ.com or in our Los Angeles store.

Can I combine it with other offers?

• Not combinable with any other offers or codes. You still earn 5% back in Rewards points on the order.
• The gift card is the offer. It can't be swapped for a discount, and it isn't redeemable for cash except where required by law.

What happens if I return or cancel my order?

• If you return or cancel an order that earned a free gift card, the gift card is voided. If you've already spent it, its value is deducted from your refund.

Does Price Protection cover the gift card offer?

• Our 30-Day Price Protection covers our listed price. Gift card offers don't count as a price drop.

What if my gift card wasn't added?

If your order qualified and the gift card wasn't added, contact us at info@hollywooddj.com or 1-800-700-4542 with your order number.
