The Blizzard Lighting MCTRL300 NovaStar is a compact synchronous LED display controller built around a NovaStar MSD300 sending card housed in an aluminum enclosure with an integrated power supply. It communicates with NovaStar receiving cards installed inside compatible LED displays, providing a practical control solution for LED video wall and display applications. Its compact enclosure combines the sending card, power system, signal connections, and control interfaces into a single unit.

The MCTRL300 provides one DVI video input, one audio input, and two RJ45 Ethernet outputs for distributing LED display data. Its sending card supports resolutions including 1280 x 1024, 1024 x 1200, 1600 x 848, 1920 x 712, and 2048 x 668. The controller also provides a dedicated light sensor interface compatible with NovaStar NS048C and NS060 sensors for applications requiring ambient brightness monitoring and adjustment.

A USB control interface allows connection to a PC, while UART IN and OUT ports support cascading multiple controllers for coordinated operation. The independent power supply accepts 100–240V AC at 50/60 Hz, and the aluminum enclosure provides a compact solution for professional LED display systems. With its DVI input, audio connectivity, Ethernet outputs, sensor interface, and cascading capability, the MCTRL300 is suited for LED displays, video walls, events, installations, and professional visual media applications.
