The JBL Control 447C/T 2-Pack delivers high-quality distributed audio through two professional 6.5-inch two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeakers from JBL’s flagship Control 400 Premium Coverage Series. Each speaker combines a 165 mm (6.5-inch) woofer with a 25 mm (1-inch) soft-dome tweeter and JBL’s proprietary RBI technology to provide smooth, consistent 120° conical coverage. With a 55 Hz–20 kHz frequency range and 91 dB sensitivity, the pair is well suited for commercial spaces, hotels, museums, and other architectural audio installations.
Flexible 70V/100V & 8Ω Installation
Each Control 447C/T supports both 70V/100V distributed audio and direct 8Ω low-impedance operation. Its built-in multi-tap transformer provides 70V taps at 60W, 30W, 15W, and 7.5W, while 100V operation supports 60W, 30W, and 15W. The speaker delivers 224W continuous program power, 112W continuous pink-noise power for 2 hours, and up to 448W peak power, giving installers flexible power selection for a wide range of sound-system designs.
Efficient Installation & Refined Architectural Design
The integrated enclosure is designed for installation in most ceiling plenum spaces, while terminal covers provide convenient top and side cable entry for efficient installation. Captive hand-screws and adaptable dogear mounting hardware support repeatable installation across different ceiling thicknesses. Full-face magnetic grilles provide a clean, modern appearance and can be painted to complement the surrounding architecture, while included mounting hardware and IP33-rated construction make the 2-pack suitable for professional commercial installations.
