Description
The JBL SRX900 RC2 is a universal rain cover designed to protect the amplifier modules of compatible SRX900 Series point-source loudspeakers from moisture during outdoor operation. It is compatible with the SRX912M, SRX915M, and SRX922 and provides coverage for the rear LCD, XLR audio connections, and etherCON data connectors while allowing the speaker to remain fully functional.
Constructed from flexible protective material, the RC2 naturally conforms around connected cables without restricting access to the loudspeaker's controls and connections. A convenient Velcro closure allows quick access to the LCD and connectors whenever configuration or cable changes are required. Once installed, the cover is designed to remain attached to the amplifier module during both indoor and outdoor use.
The SRX900 RC2 mounts securely using the included seven M4 fasteners and provides an additional layer of protection for professional sound systems operating in demanding outdoor environments. It is recommended for use whenever SRX900 systems are deployed outdoors, while the Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 power connectors are already IP65-rated and do not require additional protection.
