Description
The JBL SRX922 is a high-output dual 12-inch powered point-source loudspeaker designed for demanding professional audio applications. Its acoustically three-way architecture combines two 12-inch LF woofers, a horn-loaded mid-frequency driver, and a 1.5-inch annular-diaphragm compression driver to deliver exceptional output, clarity, and controlled directivity. With a maximum SPL of 138 dB and a frequency range extending down to 40 Hz, the SRX922 provides powerful full-range performance for high-output mains, side-fills, and larger SRX900 deployments.
The dual LF woofer configuration provides increased low-frequency headroom and improved vertical directivity compared with conventional single-woofer systems. Dual 90° × 60° Progressive Transition™ waveguides provide smooth and predictable coverage, while the horn-loaded MF section allows the LF drivers to operate within a more controlled bandwidth. An 80 Hz high-pass preset is also available when integrating the speaker with SRX900 subwoofers.
Integrated Class-D amplification and DSP provide a complete plug-and-play solution with consistent system performance. The onboard DSP includes 24 user-adjustable filters, 2,000 ms of delay, essential loudspeaker management tools, and a rear LCD for quick configuration. Dual 100 Mbps Ethernet ports support network control through Harman HControl, while eight M10 QuickLink™ suspension points provide flexible installation and touring options. The durable birch plywood enclosure with DuraFlex™ finish is built for demanding professional applications.
