ProX XSU-4X8, 4' x 8' Portable Stage Deck with Adjustable 16" to 22" Telescoping Legs

The ProX XSU-4X8 is a portable 4' x 8' stage deck designed for professional performances, mobile DJ setups, corporate events, schools, houses of worship, rental companies, and other live production environments. Its expanded 48" x 96" platform provides 32 square feet of usable stage surface, making it suitable for performers, instruments, speakers, presentation equipment, and event staging requirements. The deck features ProX Signature Honeycomb Digital™ High-Pressure Laminate (HPL), a rugged black textured surface designed to provide reliable traction in indoor and outdoor environments. Beneath the laminate, a 5/8" (16mm) zero-void plywood core provides a consistent structural foundation, while the reinforced aluminum perimeter frame, corners, and cross profiles help maintain rigidity across the extended platform.

Adjustable Legs and Convenient Tool-Free Assembly

The XSU-4X8 includes six telescoping legs designed to support the longer deck and distribute loads across its extended footprint. Each leg adjusts from 16" to 22" and uses an integrated security pin and cable system to lock the selected height securely. Twist-adjustable rubber feet provide up to an additional 2" of elevation, allowing a maximum platform height of 24" and helping compensate for uneven surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, wood flooring, and grass. The platform supports up to 800 lbs. of evenly distributed load per 4' x 4' section, according to the supplied specifications. Its tool-free assembly system, two included stage security clamps, and one deck leveling clip help crews connect and align compatible platforms efficiently, creating a stable, flush stage surface without complicated setup procedures.

Integrated Storage and Modular Stage Expansion

Designed for repeated use by touring crews, mobile DJs, rental companies, and event production teams, the ProX XSU-4X8 allows the six legs to be stored directly underneath the deck when removed for transportation. This integrated storage arrangement keeps essential components together, reduces loose hardware, and helps streamline load-ins, load-outs, and storage between events. The modular design is compatible with the ProX STAGEone platform lineup, allowing multiple decks to be combined to create larger stage configurations as production requirements grow. Supplied as one complete stage deck unit with six adjustable legs, two security clamps, and one leveling clip, the XSU-4X8 offers a practical combination of generous platform space, adjustable elevation, convenient storage, and efficient assembly for professional staging applications.
