The Audio-Technica ATM73cH is a cardioid condenser headworn microphone designed for drummers, keyboard players, performers, presenters, and anyone who needs hands-free microphone operation. Its comfortable, unobtrusive headband and flexible boom position the microphone near the side of the mouth for consistent vocal pickup while allowing freedom of movement during performances and presentations.
Clear Vocal Pickup and Feedback Control
The ATM73cH features a permanently polarized condenser element and a cardioid polar pattern that focuses on the intended sound source while helping minimize off-axis noise and feedback. With a frequency response of 40 Hz to 15 kHz and a maximum SPL of 132 dB, it supports a range of vocal and performance applications.
Comfortable Fit and Wireless Compatibility
The lightweight headset features a flexible 67 mm boom and a permanently attached 55-inch miniature shielded cable. Its screw-down cH-style 4-pin connector provides compatibility with Audio-Technica UniPak wireless bodypack transmitters that use the matching connector. Two windscreens, AT8128 and AT8125, are included to help manage breath noise and wind interference.
