The Gator Rackworks GRW-DRWHANDHELD6 is a compact 2U rack drawer designed to organize and protect wireless handheld microphones, batteries, and small accessories. Its 14.2" depth makes it suitable for space-conscious rack installations. The fully enclosed drawer keeps equipment protected while maintaining convenient access during setup and production. It provides a practical storage solution for touring, live sound, theater, broadcast, and production environments.
Constructed from cold-rolled 16-gauge steel, the GRW-DRWHANDHELD6 delivers a strong and durable enclosure for demanding professional use. The black powder-coated finish provides a clean appearance while helping withstand everyday wear. Heavy-duty smooth-glide drawer slides allow the drawer to open and close smoothly. Spring-loaded latches help keep the drawer securely closed during transportation and storage.
Inside, a custom EVA foam insert provides dedicated organization for six wireless microphones and four AA battery nests. The battery compartments can also accommodate assorted rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. The insert is compatible with most wireless microphones from brands including Shure, Sennheiser, Audix, Audio-Technica, and others. This organized layout helps keep essential wireless equipment protected, accessible, and ready for the next performance or installation.
