The JBL MTC-419MR is a six-piece set of pre-installation mud ring brackets designed for JBL Control 419CS/T ceiling loudspeakers. These brackets provide a practical solution for installations where the speaker locations need to be established before sheetrock is installed.

Each bracket includes an offset circular ring that serves as an edge guide for cutting and plastering sheetrock. The ring helps create a clean, consistent ceiling opening and can simplify production-line style installations where multiple speaker cutouts are required.

The brackets also provide a convenient point for securing wiring behind the ceiling before the sheetrock is installed. Integrated mounting wings allow the brackets to attach to the building structure, helping reserve accurate speaker locations during construction.
