The ProX XT-BTBP30ST-S40 BoltX Steel Base Plate provides a strong, stable foundation for professional truss towers used in concerts, touring productions, trade shows, stage installations, and event structures. Built entirely from steel, its reinforced raised-frame design adds structural support and helps resist twisting under demanding conditions. The 30-inch square footprint offers a balance of stability, portability, and storage convenience between the smaller 20-inch and larger 36-inch base plate options.

Versatile Truss Compatibility and Pole Mounting

Designed for ProX BoltX 12-inch and 16-inch bolted box truss systems, the base plate also accommodates F34 truss bolt patterns. Its 6.75" × 6.75" bolt pattern with 5/8-inch holes supports compatibility with many professional box truss systems. Two large center mounting holes accommodate 1.5-inch Schedule 40 poles, allowing centered or offset placement to suit different layouts. Conical connectors are included for compatible BoltX truss connections; compatibility with F34 systems depends on the appropriate connector hardware.

Reinforced Mounting, Easy Handling, and Quality Control

Four welded corner gussets reinforce the base and provide anchoring points, while threaded M16 holes allow optional wheels or leveling feet to be attached when suitable for the application. Integrated hand-hole slots make lifting and positioning easier during setup and teardown. The plate is welded to TÜV standards by GSI SLV-certified welders and is load tested and inspected before leaving the factory, supporting consistent quality for professional production environments.
