The RF Venue OPTIX Series 3 RF-over-Fiber Antenna Distribution System is designed to extend antenna placement over long distances without signal degradation. Featuring a transmitter and receiver module, the system converts incoming RF signals into a single-mode optical signal for transmission over fiber-optic cable, then converts the signal back to RF at the destination. This solution is ideal for professional wireless audio installations where maintaining signal integrity is essential.
Operating across a wide 175–960 MHz frequency range, the OPTIX Series 3 supports VHF, UHF, and 900 MHz wireless systems, making it compatible with a broad range of wireless microphone and IEM applications. With a 60 dB usable dynamic range and 50-ohm impedance, it delivers reliable, high-quality RF performance for demanding live events, broadcast, and installed AV environments.
User-configurable controls allow you to adjust signal levels, supply DC power to active antennas or inline amplifiers, and directly monitor outputs to optimize system performance. Three multicolor LED indicators on both the transmitter and receiver provide clear RF and DC status at a glance, helping simplify setup and system monitoring. Fiber-optic cable is available separately, allowing you to tailor the installation to your required distance.
