The Soundcraft Signature Plus 12 is a professional 12-channel analog mixing console designed for live sound, studio production, streaming, and creative audio workflows. Its intuitive layout combines color-coded controls, tactile “squircle” knobs, and smooth faders for fast and precise operation. Soundcraft Ghost mic preamps provide high-quality input amplification, while Sapphyre EQ offers musical tone shaping across the channel strips. Built-in dbx OverEasy one-knob compressors provide convenient dynamics control with harmonic enhancement, while TRS insert points allow connection of external processors for additional sound shaping.
The Signature Plus 12 features an integrated Lexicon hardware effects processor with Store and Tap Tempo functionality for flexible creative processing. Dedicated footswitch connections provide control over FX Bypass and Tap Tempo for performing musicians. Extensive Simple Success Metering (SSM) provides visual feedback across inputs and outputs, while the dedicated Listen bus allows engineers to monitor channels without interrupting the main mixes. Talkback To routing provides flexible communication to selected outputs, and four Aux sends support versatile monitoring and Mix to Auxes workflows.
A 4x4 USB-C audio interface supports playback and recording at sample rates from 44.1 kHz through 192 kHz, allowing the mixer to integrate with laptops and mobile devices. USB returns can be routed into channel strips or used to replace the main mix for break music and DJ playback. User-configurable monitoring provides independent headphone and control-room outputs with Mute, Dim, and Mono Sum functions, along with selectable Mix, USB, Aux, or Listen sources. The Signature Plus 12 includes rack-mount ears and features a front-panel QR code for quick access to training materials, manuals, and support resources.
