Mic Booster

A Mic Booster is a small inline mini-preamp typically powered by 48v phantom power from your mixer or audio interface. They usually have 20db-28db of boost and are great for SM7B's and ribbon mic's. Helps you get a very clean sound even when using an average  preamp.
