Additional Hollywood DJ Warranty (2 Year)
We want to make sure you have a great experience with all the products we offer. That's why we added an additional 1 year warranty beyond the mfg's warranty for your purchase!
Note: This warranty doesn't apply to consumables like Turntable cartridges, needles, cables, etc. This warranty is for Pro Audio Speakers, Lighting, Electronics and DJ gear.
Extended Warranty terms
The warranty term is an additional 1 year (2 years total) from the date of purchase from Hollywood DJ.
Proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase (receipt, delivery slip, order e-mail, etc.) is required to be covered by the product warranty. Be sure to keep your proof of purchase.
We also require serial number if applicable to match the receipt we have on file.
Products presenting defects early on and products presenting problems due to manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge.
The following are not covered by the warranty, even within the warranty term:
- Spills, scratches, dirt, wear, etc., arising during normal use.
- Cases in which the product has been used abnormally, whether intentionally, accidentally or otherwise.
-If you do not have proof of purchase proving the date of sale.
-Damage to contents or data.
-Loss of business opportunities (lost profits) due to damage or other reasons.
Within the warranty term.
