QSC Beach Party Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Hollywood DJ QSC Beach Party Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Hollywood DJ, 934 E 11th St, Los Angeles, CA 90021 ("Sponsor"). QSC and Odyssey Innovative Designs are prize providers only and are not responsible for the administration of this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, QSC, Odyssey Innovative Designs, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 7, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on September 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

Visit hollywooddj.com/pages/contest-entry during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, and email address. Mobile phone number is optional. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address and per physical household address for the entire Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household will result in disqualification of all entries from that entrant. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or contain false information will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries.

5. Entry is Free

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Purchases from hollywooddj.com will not increase your chances of winning.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: (a) two (2) QSC CB10 battery-powered 10" loudspeakers, (b) two (2) QSC CB10 weatherized speaker covers, (c) one (1) Odyssey speaker stand package with double-sided scrims and carrying bag, and (d) two (2) Odyssey 25 ft pro balanced XLR cables. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,993.31 USD. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 26, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

9. Winner Requirements

Winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond, rejection of the prize, or return of the notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Before the prize is awarded, winner must complete, sign, and return (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and (b) a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to return these documents within seven (7) calendar days of receipt will result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and to the Internal Revenue Service reporting the fair market value of the prize.

11. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to the winner's verified US residential address within thirty (30) days after Sponsor receives all required signed documents. Prize will not be shipped to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, city, state, photograph, voice, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

13. Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, QSC, Odyssey Innovative Designs, and each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, or any Giveaway-related activity.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner.

15. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at hollywooddj.com/pages/privacy-policy-california-consumer-privacy-act.

16. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. All entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway.

17. Winner's List

To receive the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by November 15, 2026 to: Hollywood DJ, Attn: QSC Beach Party Giveaway Winner's List, 934 E 11th St, Los Angeles, CA 90021.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
