The JBL Control 445C/T 2-Pack delivers premium full-range audio through two professional 5.25-inch two-way coaxial ceiling loudspeakers from the Control 400 Premium Coverage Series. Each speaker combines a 130 mm (5.25-inch) woofer with a 20 mm (0.75-inch) soft-dome tweeter and JBL RBI technology for smooth, consistent directivity across a 120° conical coverage area. With a 55 Hz–20 kHz frequency range and 88 dB sensitivity, the pair provides detailed, high-quality sound throughout commercial spaces, hotels, museums, and other installed audio environments.
Flexible 70V/100V & 8Ω Operation
Each Control 445C/T supports both 70V/100V distributed audio and direct 8Ω low-impedance operation. The built-in transformer provides 70V taps of 60W, 30W, 15W, and 7.5W, while 100V operation supports 60W, 30W, and 15W. Each speaker handles 112W continuous pink-noise power for 2 hours and up to 448W peak, providing substantial output capability while allowing the system designer to select the appropriate power level for each installation.
Efficient Installation & Refined Architectural Design
The integrated enclosure is designed for installation in most ceiling plenum spaces, while terminal covers provide convenient top and side cable entry with captive hand-screws for efficient installation. The robust captive dogear mounting system accommodates a wide range of ceiling thicknesses, while full-face magnetic grilles provide a clean, modern, and paintable appearance with integrated safety tethers. The 2-pack includes mounting hardware and is well suited for professional commercial installations.
