FAQ

When does the promo end?
The Gift Card Bonus promotion ends at 11:59pm PT on December 31, 2025 (while supplies / eligibility rules allow).
Can I use a coupon code and still get the free gift card?
No. This promotion is designed to be auto-applied and cannot be combined with other coupon codes. If a discount code is applied, the free gift card may be removed.
Do gift cards count toward the spending threshold?
Recommended rule: No—gift cards should not count toward qualification (prevents “gift card to get gift card”).
What if I return items from an order that earned a gift card?
If returns reduce the original qualifying subtotal below the tier, we may deduct the gift card value from your refund or void the gift card if unused (where permitted). If the gift card has already been used, the used amount may be deducted from the refund.
Does the bonus stack if I buy more than $2,000?
No—one bonus per order. You’ll receive the best tier you qualify for.

Promotion Terms (quick version)

Offer valid through Dec 31, 2025. Qualifying threshold is based on eligible merchandise subtotal after item-level exclusions and before taxes/shipping unless your implementation differs. Gift cards, prior purchases, taxes, shipping, and fees do not qualify. One bonus gift card per order (best tier only). Not valid with other discount codes or promotions. HDJ may modify or end the promotion and may cancel orders suspected of abuse or fraud.
