We want you to be stoked about your purchase with us. If you're not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right. We only sell high quality gear and guarantee it will work as specified.

  • Defective/Damaged Items must be reported to Hollywood DJ within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Please have your serial number ready with any return request.
  • Return Policy-30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - Restrictions Apply
  • Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by contacting HOLLYWOOD DJ.
  • NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number.
  • If we can't resell it as new there's a 15% minimum restocking fee since we'll have to sell it as open box or B-stock.
*B-Stock and Open Box merchandise is not returnable.
15% fee applies to all returns. We are happy to replace any defective product just let us know. 
(Due to a few customers treating a "purchase" as a "rental" we can no longer allow blind returns without the 15% restocking fee)
