Allen & Heath’s iconic Qu series is reborn with the powerful 96kHz XCVI core, delivering next-level performance for live sound and recording. The Qu-7 and Qu-7D offer DEEP Processing, expanded channel flexibility, a fully redesigned user interface, enhanced hardware, and upgraded connectivity. With 4 customizable layers, improved preamps, advanced metering, and optional Dante networking on the Qu-7D, these mixers combine intuitive workflow with pro-grade audio quality - perfect for modern venues, studios, and production environments.

Hardware and Audio
The Qu series retains its beloved appearance but comes with major hardware improvements. It includes updated microphone preamps and high-performance 96kHz AD/DA converters that deliver pristine audio to and from the XCVI core, preserving every detail. Each channel now features a display showing channel name, type, or socket number, along with a chromatic channel meter. The new touchscreen supports a completely redesigned user interface.

Dante Connectivity
The Qu-7D model adds a 16×16 Dante interface at 48/96 kHz with a dedicated locking EtherCon port, enabling easy integration into larger systems.

Workflow Enhancements
The new Qu builds on the original’s “walk up and mix” ease, adding 4 fully customizable layers, more assignable SoftKeys, and flexible routing options accessible via a fast, responsive user interface.

Recording and Playback
Every Qu model features versatile recording and playback options, including an integrated 32×32 USB-C audio interface, 32-channel multitrack SD card support, and simple stereo recording/playback via USB-A.

DEEP Processing and Assistive Tools
Qu supports DEEP Processing with add-ons from dLive and features Gain and Feedback Assistants from the CQ series. These tools help speed up setup and ensure smooth soundchecks.

Gain Assistant
This tool automatically sets ideal gain levels for input channels and monitors them during performance to avoid peaks.

Automatic Mic Mixer (AMM)
Qu’s built-in 32-channel AMM is perfect for conferences and shows, mixing multiple microphones with zero latency and no external DSP.
