The Bauer Lighting Comet DMX (SPK-X1) is a 650W cold spark machine for weddings, live stages and grand entrances. It fires a fountain of sparks from 9.8 to 16.4 ft (3 to 5 m) depending on the consumables, pre-heats in 1 to 3 minutes, and runs from DMX or the included wireless remote.
There is no open flame, so it suits indoor and outdoor events. Use the remote for on-demand bursts, or put it on a DMX lighting controller for timed cues. Dual DMX ports and dual power ports let you daisy-chain up to 6 machines from one power and signal source. The steel housing measures 8.9 x 8.5 x 9.8 in and weighs under 15 lbs.
