Description
The Crown Audio DCI8X600 is an 8-channel DriveCore Install Analog Series amplifier, delivering 600 watts per channel at 2, 4, 8, or 16 ohms, as well as 70V or 100V constant voltage systems. Designed for versatility, each channel supports independent high- or low-impedance output, selectable via rear-panel DIP switches, allowing seamless integration into a wide range of system configurations. Channels can be bridged to provide higher power output for demanding applications such as subwoofers.
Each of the amplifier’s eight channels includes its own attenuator, offering precise level control with a range from 0 to -80 dB. The front panel features comprehensive system indicators for level, signal, ready, clip, thermal, and fault status, enabling quick and effective visual monitoring. Additionally, the DCI8X600 can be integrated into external control systems, supporting remote power on/off and energy-saving sleep mode when not in active use.
Housed in a 2U rack-mountable chassis, the DCI8X600 ships with eight male connectors for speaker wiring and a standard IEC power cord, making it installation-ready for professional audio environments.
