The Crown Drive Core TMP-CDI4X1200BL combines high performance, advanced features, and reliability in a single, powerful amplifier. Leveraging Crown’s proprietary Drive Core technology, it eliminates hundreds of internal components, reducing variability and increasing both sound quality and operational dependability. Ideal for large installations such as cinemas, houses of worship, hotels, and cruise ships, the 4|1200BL can drive speaker loads up to 100Vrms without the need for a transformer, while pre-loaded JBL speaker tunings simplify setup and ensure optimal performance.
Equipped with a robust onboard DSP, the 4|1200BL offers extensive system customization. Users can manage input routing, apply up to 1,000 ms of input delay, configure an 8-band input parametric EQ, adjust crossovers, and set up to 100 ms of output delay with an 8-band output parametric EQ. The integrated LevelMAX limiter protects speakers while maximizing dynamic range, allowing for consistent and safe high-output performance across a wide variety of audio environments.
For streamlined management, the 4|1200BL integrates with Harman’s HiQnet Audio Architect software, enabling full control, configuration, and monitoring over a standard TCP/IP network. The amplifier automatically populates on the network and recognizes its physical and logical placement, simplifying setup and reducing configuration time. Additionally, wireless control is available via the Powered by Crown app, providing flexibility and convenience for installers and operators to monitor and adjust the system from iOS devices.
