The Crown CDI4X300BL is a powerful evolution of the legendary CDi Series, designed to deliver exceptional performance, advanced features, and reliable operation for medium-sized installations. Built on Crown’s proven DriveCore technology, it eliminates hundreds of internal components to enhance efficiency, stability, and audio fidelity. The amplifier offers smooth network control and monitoring via Harman’s HiQnet Audio Architect software, while its easy-to-use front-panel interface simplifies onsite configuration. With the ability to drive speaker loads up to 100Vrms without a transformer and built-in BLU link for sending and receiving up to 256 digital audio channels, the CDi 4|300BL is ideal for cinemas, houses of worship, bars, lounges, and similar venues.
Equipped with a powerful onboard DSP, the CDi 4|300BL provides extensive tuning flexibility. Users can customize input routing, apply up to 1,000ms of input delay, and utilize an 8-band input parametric EQ for precise shaping. Additional processing includes adjustable crossovers, 8-band output parametric EQ, and up to 100ms of output delay to fine-tune system alignment. The integrated LevelMAX limiter ensures clean, controlled output while protecting speakers, and pre-loaded JBL speaker tunings help installers achieve optimal performance quickly and easily.
For seamless integration, the CDi 4|300BL supports full network configuration and monitoring through TCP/IQ, auto-recognizing components within the system for fast setup. Harman’s Audio Architect software simplifies even complex systems with its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, automating many configuration tasks. Users can also take advantage of the Powered by Crown mobile app for wireless control and real-time monitoring via iOS devices, making the CDi 4|300BL a versatile and installer-friendly choice for modern audio environments.
