Description
The DAS Audio EVENT-M12A is an ultra-compact, self-powered two-way coaxial monitor designed for professional stage and point-source applications. Its coaxial design combines a 12″ low-frequency transducer with a 3″ voice coil and a high-frequency compression driver with a 2.5″ voice coil on a common acoustic axis. This ensures compact dimensions, symmetrical coverage, and coherent behavior across the full frequency range, reaching down to 60 Hz.
The enclosure is built from multi-layer birch plywood with a polyurea finish for durability and impact protection. The integrated DSP platform with FIR filtering guarantees flat-phase response and full compatibility with the EVENT series. Wi-Fi connectivity allows easy firmware updates. With a maximum linear SPL of 132 dB and controlled 50º × 70º coverage, the EVENT-M12A delivers precise and reliable monitoring in demanding professional environments.
