The FBT CLA 118SA Active Bass Reflex Subwoofer is a high-performance processed active subwoofer designed to deliver powerful low-frequency reinforcement for professional sound applications. Built specifically to complement the FBT VERTUS CLA 406A array system, this subwoofer offers exceptional bass clarity, depth, and impact for live performances, events, and installed audio systems.
Powered by a robust 1200W RMS Class D amplifier with a switch-mode power supply, the CLA 118SA produces impressive output levels with a maximum SPL of 138dB. Its 18-inch B&C high-excursion woofer with a 3-inch voice coil ensures tight, punchy bass response while maintaining excellent efficiency and reliability even under demanding conditions.
The cabinet is constructed from durable 0.59” birch plywood and finished with a rugged textured black coating for long-lasting durability. Additional professional features include a DSP processor with 8 presets, XLR input and link connections, selectable delay and phase controls, Neutrik PowerCon power connectors, and convenient die-cast aluminum carrying handles for easy transport and setup.
