The FBT J5A Bi-Amplified Portable Loudspeaker System in White is a loudspeaker designed for both portable and fixed installation applications. Its lightweight yet durable gas-injected molded polypropylene cabinet offers long-lasting reliability while maintaining a modern, elegant appearance that blends seamlessly into commercial venues, studios, restaurants, houses of worship, classrooms, and other professional environments. Available in black or white finishes, the J5 provides a clean and professional aesthetic for any setup.
Engineered with a 5-inch low-frequency woofer and a 1-inch custom HF compression driver, the J5 delivers clear and balanced audio reproduction for both speech and music applications. The speaker features a 90° x 90° dispersion pattern for wide and consistent coverage, while the internal crossover is tuned at 3.5kHz for smooth frequency transition. With a frequency response of 90Hz – 20kHz and a maximum SPL of 117dB, the J5 produces detailed, high-fidelity sound in a compact enclosure.
The 16 Ohm impedance allows multiple speakers to be connected efficiently to a single amplifier channel, making it ideal for distributed audio systems. Integrated M6 fly points and optional mounting accessories support wall, ceiling, and mic stand installations for both fixed and portable use. Rear panel connections include a female 1/4" input jack and parallel push-pin terminals, giving installers multiple wiring options for professional audio setups.
