The Fostex TH-610 is a premium headphone model that combines refined materials with advanced acoustic engineering to deliver a natural, lustrous sound. The housings are crafted from solid black walnut, chosen for its beautiful wood grain and acoustic warmth. At the core is a 50mm dynamic driver featuring a powerful 1 Tesla magnetic circuit and Fostex’s proprietary BioDyna diaphragm, made of bio-cellulose fibers. This design enables clear ultra-low frequencies, smooth mids, and extended highs with excellent presence and minimal distortion.
To further enhance audio purity, the TH610 employs high specific gravity resin baffles that suppress unwanted resonance while lightweight aluminum internal parts ensure durability without excess weight. The headphone also features a detachable 3m pure copper cable with rhodium-plated 2-pin connectors for secure, reliable performance. Balanced connection is supported via optional ET-H3.0N7BL balanced cables.
