Each speaker features a coaxially mounted 165 mm, 6.5-inch woofer with a butyl rubber surround and a 19 mm, 0.75-inch titanium-coated diffraction-loaded tweeter. The combination delivers a wide 80 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response for clear background and foreground music reproduction.
Designed for high-performance commercial audio systems, the Control 26CT-LS provides 110° conical coverage, 89 dB sensitivity, and up to 107 dB maximum SPL at the top 70V/100V transformer tap. Its wide coverage and low-distortion design help provide consistent and intelligible audio throughout the listening area, making the pair suitable for demanding distributed sound installations.
The Control 26CT-LS is specifically UL1480 UUMW listed for use in fire alarm and emergency communication systems, providing an appropriate solution for life safety installations requiring compatible ceiling loudspeakers.
