The JBL Control 419CS/T 2-Pack delivers powerful low-frequency reinforcement through two professional 8-inch ceiling subwoofers designed for integration with JBL Control 400 Series full-range speakers. Each unit features a 200 mm (8-inch) woofer and two large tapered ports that produce warm, smooth bass response, extending system performance down to 47 Hz. The integrated passive low-pass filter simplifies pairing with compatible full-range ceiling loudspeakers.
Flexible Distributed & Low-Impedance Operation
Each Control 419CS/T supports both 70V/100V distributed audio systems and direct 8Ω operation, making the pair adaptable to a wide range of commercial sound installations. The built-in subwoofer-band transformer provides 70V taps of 60W, 30W, 15W, and 7.5W, while 100V operation supports 60W, 30W, and 15W. Each subwoofer handles up to 160W continuous IEC-shaped pink noise for 2 hours and 640W peak, providing substantial low-frequency output for music and commercial audio systems.
Efficient Installation & Modern Architectural Design
The Control 419CS/T features an integrated enclosure designed for installation in most ceiling plenum spaces, with redesigned terminal covers offering convenient top and side cable entry. Captive hand-screws allow tool-free terminal-cover access, while the robust captive dogear system accommodates a wide range of ceiling thicknesses. The full-face bezel-less magnetic grille provides a clean architectural appearance and includes a safety tether, while the package includes the grille, C-ring, and tile rails for streamlined installation.
