The JBL Control 47C/T Pair delivers extended bass performance and consistent wide-area coverage in a compact in-ceiling loudspeaker design. Each 6.5-inch coaxial loudspeaker provides a 55 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range, making the pair suitable for restaurants, retail spaces, casinos, hospitality venues, and other commercial installations requiring high-quality distributed audio.
Proprietary Conical Radiation Boundary Integrator® (RBI®) technology provides a consistent 120° coverage pattern across the listening area. The wide, controlled coverage allows fewer speakers to cover larger spaces while maintaining reliable sound distribution. Its flat frequency response and 91 dB sensitivity provide clear, efficient performance for both music and speech applications.
The Control 47C/T supports 8-ohm direct operation as well as 70V/100V distributed audio systems through selectable 60W, 30W, 15W, and 7.5W transformer taps. The large formed-steel backcan is designed for extended bass performance, while the integrated blind-mount construction, included grilles, C-rings, tile rails, and installation accessories simplify professional ceiling installation.
