The JBL Control 47LP Pair provides high-quality distributed audio in locations where above-ceiling space is limited. Based on the same platform as the Control 47C/T, each 6.5-inch coaxial loudspeaker delivers a 68 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range with a low-profile 5.6-inch-deep backcan. This makes the pair well suited for restaurants, retail spaces, casinos, hospitality venues, and other commercial installations.
Proprietary Conical Radiation Boundary Integrator (RBI) technology provides a consistent 120° coverage pattern for broad and even sound distribution. The 91 dB sensitivity and flat frequency response support clear music and speech reproduction, while the controlled coverage helps reduce the number of loudspeakers required for larger spaces.
The Control 47LP supports direct 8-ohm operation along with 70V and 100V distributed audio systems through selectable transformer taps. Its formed-steel blind-mount backcan and ABS baffle provide a professional installation solution, while the included grille, C-rings, tile rails, paint shield, and cutout template simplify installation in a wide range of ceiling applications.
