Description

The JBL Control HST is a single two-way 100W passive wallmount speaker offering extremely wide coverage and a broad frequency response for music reproduction and paging applications in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments such as stores, restaurants, educational facilities, hotels, and lobbies.

The ABS enclosure features a wall-facing 5.25" woofer and dual horizontally splayed 0.75" fluid-cooled tweeters, enabling the Control HST to deliver a 160 x 150° pattern control while producing a 50 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range (-10 dB) devoid of the primary reflection that normally plagues wall-mounted speakers, making it ideal for reducing the number of speakers in a setup without sacrificing coverage area or fidelity. An integrated 60W multi-tap transformer allows the Control HST to be used in 70/100V, or 8-ohm system configurations at selectable wattage settings. Boasting IP54 and Mil-Std-810 ratings for resistance to water, humidity, and more, the Control HST is a capable speaker for a range of locations. It includes a color-matched U-bracket for simplified wallmount installation.
