Description
The Odyssey BMXDJAZW, sold by Odyssey as the AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ EVA Molded Soft Case/Bag with Wheels, is a wheeled EVA molded soft case for the AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ all-in-one DJ system. It measures 41 x 23.25 x 6.75 inches edge to edge and weighs 13 pounds, well under half the weight of a hard flight case for the same unit.
It is for DJs who want the XDJ-AZ protected on the way to the gig but would rather roll or carry a light bag than a heavy road case. The reinforced stitched EVA molded shell has embossed corners, the interior lid foam covers the top of the unit, and you can roll it on its built-in wheels, carry it by the double handles, or sling it on the non-slip shoulder strap. The XDJ-AZ is not included.

Which controller does the BMXDJAZW fit?
The AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ. Odyssey lists this bag for the XDJ-AZ only, and the XDJ-AZ is not included.
Can I pack my laptop and cables in with the XDJ-AZ?
Only if each item has its own protective case or pouch. Odyssey says laptops, tablets, stands, power supplies and cables carried in the same compartment as the XDJ-AZ must each be in their own protective case.
Soft case or flight case for the XDJ-AZ?
The BMXDJAZW weighs 13 pounds and is 6.75 inches tall. The FZXDJAZW hard flight case weighs 32.5 pounds at 38.25 x 23.75 x 8.25 inches, with silver hardware and a cable port. Pick the soft case to travel light, the flight case for rougher handling.
With wheels or without: BMXDJAZW or BMXDJAZ?
The BMXDJAZ is the same EVA bag without wheels, at 39 x 23.25 x 6.75 inches and 11 pounds. This BMXDJAZW adds the built-in wheels, which make it 2 inches wider and 2 pounds heavier. Browse every XDJ-AZ case.
