The OnStage GS5000 Fold-Flat Small Stringed-Instrument Stand complements the portable nature of small stringed instruments. Still, it delivers the same function and durability as many full-size guitars stands, providing secure instrument storage alongside ease of instrument access. Just the right size for a mandolin, ukulele, violin, viola, lap steel guitar, or dulcimer, the yoke is stepped to form two sections that can securely hold instruments of various thicknesses. Padding on the yoke and backrests protects the instrument finish. An A-frame-inspired structure and nonslip feet deliver stability and balance for dependable instrument support. For efficient storage and transportation, the stand folds down so compactly that it fits in a backpack or gig bag.
