The ProX XC-TR1FE12-10, is a 12AWG 120VAC Male Edison NEMA 5-15P to Male Cable for Powercon Compatible Devices - 10 Feet and inputs with a standard NEMA 15 power outlet the powerCON is a locking 20 A main connector. It replaces appliance couplers wherever a very rugged solution in combination with a locking device is needed for a safe power connection.The powerCON compatible connector with breaking capacity (CBC), i.e. it can be connected or disconnected under load or live.
The PowerCon compatible connector is a 3-conductor, locking power connector which provides a safer power connection than the IEC 60320 C13/C14 connectors commonly found on consumer audio components, computers, power adapters, and other devices. The twist connector mates the ground contact before connecting the neutral and line contacts, ensuring an electrically safe connection.
