The ProX XT-BTBP20ST-S40 BoltX Steel Base Plate provides a stable foundation for professional truss towers in stage productions, touring setups, trade shows, and event installations. Constructed entirely from steel, it features a reinforced raised frame designed to provide structural support and help resist twisting under demanding conditions. Its compact 20-inch square footprint is ideal for smaller rigs and limited stage space where a sturdy, space-efficient base is required.
Flexible Truss Compatibility and Pole Mounting
Designed for ProX BoltX 12-inch and 16-inch bolted box truss systems, this base plate also accommodates F34 truss patterns. The 6.75" × 6.75" bolt pattern with 5/8-inch holes supports compatibility with many professional box truss systems. Two large mounting holes accommodate 1.5-inch Schedule 40 poles, allowing centered or offset placement to suit different production layouts. Conical connectors are included for compatible BoltX truss connections; F34 connections may require separate compatible connector hardware.
Reinforced Mounting and Professional Quality Control
Four welded corner gussets reinforce the plate and provide anchoring points, while threaded M16 holes allow optional compatible wheels or leveling feet to be attached. Integrated hand-hole slots make lifting and positioning easier during setup and teardown. The plate is welded to TÜV standards by GSI SLV-certified welders and is load tested and inspected before leaving the factory, making it suitable for professional production environments where reliable construction is essential.
