Payment Details:

• Payment must be received within three (3) days of auction close or purchase.
• We can ONLY ship to the default billing address of the card holder - No Exceptions
• Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after five (5) days and an 'Unpaid Item Case' will be filed - Please bid responsibly.
• We are required to charge California residents 9% sales tax

Shipping Details:

• Sorry, but we only ship internationally using eBay's Global Shipping Program.
• If your country is not listed in eBay's eligible countries, we are sorry but we cannot ship to you
• All shipping charges and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility both to and from destination country.
• All taxes, duties, tariffs & customs/brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, for both original shipment and returns/exchanges.
• International customers may experience shipment delays due to customs inspections, hollywoodDJ.com is not responsible for any customs delays

• FREE SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO CONTINENTAL US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US protectorates & commonwealths will incur shipping charges)
• hollywoodDJ.com reserves the right to ship with the carrier of our choice on FREE SHIPPING Auctions.
• Most domestic orders ship ground - Transit times are 1-7 business days, depending on your location.
• As soon as your package has shipped you will receive tracking information by email.
• Insurance is included on all packages at no additional charge
• Every item we ship is packaged to protect against damage that may occur in transit.
• All items ship same day if payment clears before 2pm PST Monday-Friday.
  Payments that clear after 2pm PST Monday-Thursday will ship the next day.
  Payments that clear after 2pm PST Friday will ship the following Monday.
• For your protection, hollywoodDJ.com can only ship to the Confirmed PayPal Address and account holder
  Please make sure your address is correct before you place your order, as we cannot change your shipping address after payment has been made.
• If an item is refused by the buyer, shipping charges to and from the destination that the item was shipped to will not be refunded, as shipping costs cannot be recovered by us.

Return Policy

To Return an Item:

• To return an item you must file a Buyer Protection Case in the Resolution Center on eBay by clicking HERE
• As soon as you open a case we will issue you an RMA # and instructions for your return.
• Returns will not be accepted without an RMA - No Exceptions.
• Items returned without an RA will be refused (Return To Sender) by hollywoodDJ.com

Shipping Damage:

• If you receive an item and it arrives damaged, you are required to report the damage to hollywooddj.com within 24 hours of receipt so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
• All shipping damage claims must be filed by hollywoodDJ.com with the carrier within 48 Hours or the loss will not eligible for reimbursement by carrier.
• To return an item damaged in transit you must file a Buyer Protection Case in the Resolution Center on eBay by clicking HERE

Defective Items:

• If you receive a defective item you have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange the item through hollywoodDJ.com.
• After 30 days you will be required to obtain warranty service through the product manufacturer.
• hollywoodDJ.com will not accept returns of defective items after 30 days under any circumstances - You will be referred directly to the product manufacturer for warranty service.
• To return a defective item you must file a Buyer Protection Case in the Resolution Center on eBay by clicking HERE
• All returned items are subject to inspection and testing - If the returned item is found to be defective we will issue a full refund or replace the defective item.
• If a returned item is found NOT to be defective a minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged.
• If the item is returned and missing all original packaged items (box, manuals, cables, free items, etc.) a maximum 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Computer Software, software controllers and any software related products requiring activation or registration are not eligible for return.
• DVDs, CDs, videos, lamps, bulbs & liquids for atmospheric effect units are not eligible for return.
• Cables, needles, cartridges, head-shells, projectors and trussing are not eligible for return.
• Any wearable or mouth-contact items like headphones, microphones, t-shirts, etc. are not eligible for return , unless defective for health code reasons.
• Special Order and Custom Items are not eligible for return or exchange

Domestic Customers:

• Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to hollywooddj.com for normal returns. (Changed mind, buyer's remorse, ordered wrong item, etc)
• For Returns or exchanges on damaged or defective items in the continental US, hollywoodDJ.com will pay shipping costs to return the defctive item and to send the replacement item back to you.

Additional Details:

• Products must be factory sealed and never opened to qualify for a full refund.
• Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit within 30 days with no restocking fee. After 30 days customer will be referred to the manufacturer for warranty service.
• All returns are subject to inspection and testing. In the case the item is returned like new with all original packaging and contents, a refund will be issued minus 15% restocking fee.
• Items returned in less-than-new condition will incur a maximum 25% restocking fee.
• If your item arrives and is damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival), hollywoodDJ.com will issue a call tag for return and upon inspection, we will replace it or refund your money.
  - International customers must pay for return shipping.
• Items returned in new, unopened, resalable condition will receive a full refund.
