The RCF C 45 WP is a multipurpose two-way point source speaker designed for near and mid-distance applications, including outdoor environments. It features a 4" neodymium compression driver and a 15" neodymium woofer, delivering powerful, distortion-free sound with high SPL. The rotatable constant directivity waveguide provides consistent 100° x 50° coverage, ensuring even sound distribution. Its sleek wooden cabinet with polyurea coating and protective grille makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
High & Low Frequency Performance
The high-frequency section uses a titanium dome compression driver that offers natural sound reproduction, excellent power handling, and long-term durability. This design allows a lower crossover point, enhancing vocal clarity and improving midrange performance. The low-frequency transducer is engineered for stability under high current, reducing distortion while ensuring efficient heat dissipation. Each woofer undergoes strict testing, including 200 hours of continuous signal stress, to guarantee reliability in demanding conditions.
Weatherproof Design & Installation Flexibility
Built for durability, the RCF C 45 WP features a weatherproof birch plywood cabinet with a rugged polyurea coating for enhanced scratch resistance and longevity. The steel grille includes an acoustically transparent, water-repellent fabric for added protection against moisture. The WP version is equipped with IP67-rated Amphenol Ecomate connectors, ensuring reliable performance in outdoor environments. Multiple rigging points and optional accessories allow for flexible mounting options, including wall, ceiling, truss, or flown installations.
Waveguide Control & Certified Performance
The rotatable constant directivity waveguide ensures precise sound control, improving intelligibility even in challenging acoustic spaces. With optional accessories, the dispersion can be modified to 100° x 25° or 60° x 25° for tailored coverage. The speaker is EN 54-24:2008 certified, making it suitable for voice alarm and emergency systems in critical installations. As part of the Compact C Series, it combines compact size with powerful output, delivering reliable performance for both speech and music in professional applications.
