The RCF DU 50EN is a high-performance, 24W passive 2-way loudspeaker designed for wall and ceiling installations. It provides excellent sound reproduction and intelligibility, making it ideal for environments that require clear communication of alarm messages, such as fire safety systems, public address systems, and other critical sound reinforcement applications. Engineered to withstand high temperatures, the DU 50EN remains reliable even in fire-prone or safety-critical areas.
Equipped with a 5-inch full-range transducer, the DU 50EN delivers a frequency response of 190 Hz – 18,000 Hz and a sensitivity of 91 dB, producing powerful and intelligible audio. Its maximum SPL of 100 dB at 1 meter and wide 175° coverage angle ensure consistent sound distribution over large spaces, making it suitable for corridors, lobbies, and other areas requiring broad, uniform coverage.
For flexible system integration, the speaker offers selectable power settings (6 W, 3 W, 1.5 W, and 0.75 W at 100V) and features ceramic terminal blocks for secure flameproof connections. The built-in thermal fuse protects against overheating, while the metal body and steel grille provide durability and protection. Finished in white RAL 9010, the DU 50EN blends seamlessly into most interiors. EN54-24 and CE certifications ensure compliance with fire alarm and safety standards, making it a dependable solution for critical sound applications.
