The RF Venue DISTRO5HDR 5-Channel UHF Antenna Distribution System is a high-dynamic-range active antenna splitter designed to deliver reliable RF signal distribution for professional wireless microphone systems. It routes signals from two remotely mounted diversity antennas to up to five wireless receivers over coaxial cables, making it an ideal solution for live sound, broadcast, corporate AV, and installed audio applications. Operating across a 470–698 MHz UHF frequency range, it is compatible with virtually any UHF wireless system that supports remote antenna mounting.
Engineered to maintain optimal wireless performance, the DISTRO5 HDR features high-quality internal amplifiers that compensate for signal loss during RF splitting while helping reduce intermodulation distortion (IMD) and crosstalk. The unit includes a DC power input for battery operation during portable or location-based productions, as well as a DC power output capable of powering up to eight compatible receivers or 12 VDC devices with an optional DC Octopus cable. A dedicated cascade output also allows system expansion by connecting an additional DISTRO5 HDR unit for larger wireless setups.
Built with a rugged all-metal half-rack chassis, the DISTRO5 HDR offers a compact, professional installation solution that fits neatly alongside wireless receivers. It includes both long and short rack ears with mounting hardware for flexible installation options, and two units can be combined within a single 1 RU rack space to distribute RF signals to as many as nine receivers. Its durable construction and expandable design make it a dependable choice for demanding wireless audio environments.
