The Solid State Logic LIVE-L200PLUS-IBUNDLE is a high-performance live console designed for small to mid-scale production environments. Leveraging SSL’s next-generation Optimal Core Processing (OCP) technology, the console delivers up to 600 inputs and 600 outputs with 144 full-processing mix paths at 96 kHz. These paths are fully configurable, supporting mono, stereo, or 5.1 setups, and can be assigned as Channels, Stem Groups, Auxes, or Masters to meet the demands of any live or studio application. Dedicated processing for insert effects is dynamically allocated, ensuring maximum flexibility.
Local I/O and Connectivity:
The L200 Plus features an extensive collection of built-in local I/O, allowing operation without stageboxes if required. Analogue connectivity includes 12 mic/line inputs (two parallel with Talkback), 2 front-panel Talkback inputs, 12-line outputs, and 2 headphone/monitor outputs. Digital I/O offers 4 pairs of AES/EBU in/out with fully variable sample rate conversion, ensuring compatibility with professional digital workflows.
MADI, Dante, and High-Bandwidth Options:
The console supports eight MADI ports (six coaxial, two fiber), plus an FX loop via optical MADI for external effects integration. Optional redundant connectivity includes SSL Blacklight II fiber for 256 bi-directional channels, Dante I/O (32x32 at 96 kHz with sample rate conversion), and X-Light connectors for high-bandwidth applications. Additional back panel connections include MIDI, LTC, Wordclock, GP I/O, and a second redundant power supply, making the L200 Plus highly resilient for live productions.
Unified SSL Live Console Platform:
The L200 Plus shares the same Remote I/O, audio conversion, internal engine, software, and insert effects as other SSL Live consoles, including the L650, L550 Plus, L450, L350 Plus, and L100 Plus. While physical size, layout, available channel paths, and local I/O differ, all models provide identical processing and workflow, ensuring a consistent user experience across the entire range.
Live V5.0 Software Enhancements:
The latest V5.0 software update introduces integrated control of Meyer Sound immersive loudspeaker systems via SpaceMap Go, new Plus Processing Packs, enhanced third-party device control, and innovative processing tools such as Blitzer and Sorcerer. Path Recall Safe and other workflow improvements maintain SSL Live consoles at the forefront of live production technology, offering engineers maximum flexibility, precision, and reliability.
