Three Distinct Drive Characters:
Each microphone preamp can be independently switched between Clean, Classic Drive, and Asymmetric Drive modes. Clean mode offers ultra-transparent, low-noise capture, Classic Drive recreates the harmonically rich character of the ORIGIN console, while Asymmetric Drive enhances even-order harmonics for added weight, color, and softened transients.
Precision Analogue Engineering:
PURE DRIVE QUAD uses digitally controlled analogue circuitry with stepped controls to ensure perfect channel matching, long-term reliability, and precise recall. Independent Gain and Trim controls allow creative saturation while maintaining accurate output levels, supported by phantom power, polarity inversion, and a 3rd-order high-pass filter on every channel.
Flexible Studio Connectivity:
The unit supports microphone, line, and instrument inputs, with front-panel Hi-Z DI connections and multiple impedance options for creative tone shaping. Balanced analogue outputs, insert routing, and +24 dBu professional operating levels make PURE DRIVE QUAD ideal for both tracking and hybrid analogue workflows.
Advanced Digital Integration:
PURE DRIVE QUAD features high-resolution A-D conversion up to 192 kHz / 32-bit, with ADAT, AES, and USB connectivity. USB soundcard mode enables extensive I/O routing, while word clock support and selectable auto-sleep mode ensure seamless integration into modern studio systems, making it a highly capable and future-ready mic preamp solution.
