At its core, the WA-87jr SE-N features a gold-sputtered, single-backplate K87-style capsule inspired by the legendary WA-87 pro studio microphone. This capsule accurately recreates the tonal character of vintage ‘87 designs, delivering pristine highs, clear midrange, and detailed, focused audio reproduction with a natural analog warmth.

Built with a fully discrete signal path, ultra-low self-noise, and wide dynamic range, the WA-87jr SE-N ensures clean, professional-quality recordings straight out of the box.
