The Warm Audio WA-WL Warm Lifter is an inline active microphone preamp designed to enhance the performance of low-output dynamic and ribbon microphones in both studio and live environments. Delivering 26 dB of clean analog gain with true impedance matching, it provides the extra boost needed for professional recording and mixing applications while preserving clarity and detail.
Built for precision and flexibility, the WA-WL Warm Lifter features a selectable 100 Hz high-pass filter to reduce unwanted low-end frequencies and a selectable 3 kHz high-shelf boost to add clarity and presence to darker-sounding microphones. Its carefully engineered impedance matching design helps prevent signal loss, phase issues, and altered frequency response when connecting microphones to audio interfaces or mixers.
Engineered with premium components and rugged construction, the Warm Lifter uses an ultra-low-noise JFET input stage with a fully balanced signal path for clean and reliable performance. Powered by 48V phantom power, it is built to withstand demanding professional use while delivering consistent studio-quality sound.
